About Heidi

My wife Heidi was always by my side and advocated for me not only when I was diagnosed with Stage 3 Prostate cancer but also when renal cancer was found 3 1/2 years later. She accompanied me to every appointment and never left my side during surgeries and 8 weeks of radiation.
Her positive attitude always helped me stay optimistic and made sure I stayed focused on surviving and living. She asked the questions when my mind went blank and gently reminded me what the doctors said when I ‘faded out’ of the conversation.
It is because of her unending love, care and compassion that I have survived two cancers. I always knew she was the best and she demonstrates it every day. With Heidi by my side, I knew I would beat the cancer. And thankfully I am beating it.
