I am writing in for my Aunt Debbie, who was the caregiver to my Uncle Bruce who lost his battle with prostate cancer this past Sunday, February 10th. My Aunt has taken care of him since his diagnosis over 7 years ago. She took on all responsibility from bathing, changing, feeding, loving and anything he needed or wanted up until the very last day, even when he was treating her terribly due to his mental state. I witnessed pure love when watching them together on his final day and I truly believe they are soul mates and she is an angel from heaven put on earth just for him! Being a caregiver myself, I truly understand the amount of love, patience and dedication it takes to be the person’s everything. I would love to see her receive an act of love from this foundation and Kristen Bell because she is having a rough transition from the loss of the love of her life and deserves it more than anyone else I know. Thank you for considering my amazing Aunt.
