Hi Kristen :

I am nominating my mother-in-law Rosie Dyke to be a candidate for this give back package.

My father-in-law Dan Dyke was diagnosed with prostate cancer stage 4 which means it is now already in his bones back in October 2018. We have been struggling but it has been endlessly for my mother-in-law as she is also taking care of her father at the same time. She still has to work at Shoe Carnival in order to keep their health insurance up and so she is tired either way you look at it if she’s not working she’s having to care and take danda all of his doctor’s appointments along with her father’s. I feel she is a great candidate for this.
