About Rana McKay, MD
Dr. Rana R. McKay, MD, is currently a medical oncologist and an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of California, San Diego Health’s Moore Cancer Center. Dr. McKay specializes in treating people with urologic cancers, including bladder cancer, kidney cancer, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer. Her primary research interests include the design and implementation of clinical trials to advance the treatment of patients with genitourinary cancers.
As a clinical investigator, Dr. McKay is committed to advancements in cancer care that will improve the lives of cancer patients. Specifically, Dr. McKay is interested in understanding mechanisms of response and resistance to specific cancer therapies.
