Cranberry Pomegranate Sauce
3/4 lb | fresh or frozen cranberries |
1 cup* | organic cane sugar or agave nectar |
1 cup | pomegranate juice |
1 tbsp | orange zest |
- Place all ingredients in a pot.
- Bring to a boil.
- Turn down to a simmer.
- Cook for about 25-30 minutes.
- Chill. This will keep for 1 month
* If you enjoy savory and sour flavors, sugar can be reduced by up to ½ cup.
