Smoked Salmon with Cream Cheese
1 lb | wild smoked salmon |
4 oz | low fat cream cheese or soft goat cheese |
1 tsp | fresh dill, chopped |
1 tsp | fresh chives, chopped |
1 tbsp | capers |
1 box | whole grain crackers, lavosh or bagel chips (or Sweet Potato Rounds) |
- Fold chopped herbs into room-temperature cheese, and incorporate with a fork. This can be served immediately or remain in the refrigerator until ready to use.
- Place smoked salmon on your favorite serving platter.
- Place herbed cheese in free form on side of the platter.
- Place capers by cheese.
- Fan out crackers or Sweet Potato “Crackers” on side.
