We are pleased to announce a special call for PCF Leadership Academy applications, specifically from U.S. physicians entering or already working in community-based urology or medical oncology practice who wish to advance skills in leadership, collaboration, patient communication, and providing
exceptional prostate cancer care.
The submission deadline for Applications is Monday, September 14, 2026, 11:59 pm, Pacific Standard Time (PST). In fairness to all, late applications will not be considered, and there will be no exceptions to this deadline.
PCF will review applications for evidence of merit, leadership potential, goals for attendance, commitment to community practice, and ability and commitment to attend the full 3-day program.
Held December 3-5, 2026, in Santa Monica, this highly participatory program is led by physicians who are experts in the field and deeply committed to training the next generation and providing exceptional patient care. The program offers in-depth leadership and clinical training across the prostate cancer continuum, along with abundant opportunities to network with peers and mentors.
Upon completing the Academy, participants will have honed skills in leading multidisciplinary teams, providing high-quality, guideline-concordant care across the prostate cancer continuum, communicating with patients and care partners, and building lasting, rewarding professional relationships with peers and mentors both within and across disciplines.
Participants receive a stipend to support all travel costs related to attendance and formal certification from the Prostate Cancer Foundation upon program completion.

We are pleased to announce a special call for applications for a Visiting Professorship Program on Implementing Germline and Somatic Testing for Precision Medicine in Community-Based Prostate Cancer Care.
This program supports community-based urology and oncology practices who want to implement, expand, or enhance the use of germline and somatic testing for patients with prostate cancer when clinically recommended.
The application deadline is Wednesday, September 9, 2026, by 11:59 PM Eastern Time. Late applications will not be considered.
Program overview
Selected practices will:
- Partner with a Visiting Professor, a clinical expert matched to their learning needs and goals.
- Host a half-day onsite education program focused on germline and somatic testing and related workflows, with full support from PCF.
- Plan and implement a small project, with support from the Visiting Professor and PCF.
- Receive a grant of up to $50,000 to support project implementation.
